Free Shipping Over €50 is applicable for deliveries to addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. To avail of Free Shipping, the total order value after discounts must surpass €50. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped using An Post or DPD couriers.

Shipping Delays
Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery. If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to discuss an estimated delivery time or a refund, if such a time cannot be achieved.
We cannot be held liable for delays or failures in delivery within estimated timeframes.
Shipping Address and details
It's essential to verify that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Due to our fast dispatch process, changes to shipping information may not be feasible after placing an order.
Items Returned to Sender
In cases where incorrect or incomplete shipping information leads to a package being returned to us, we'll only resend the order after the buyer covers the additional shipping costs.
If an order is canceled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 or the original shipping fee, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy also applies to orders returned due to unpaid customs or import duties.
Customs Duties or Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import customs or taxes determined by local customs authorities. These charges are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery. If you have any concerns, please consult with your local customs officials for further guidance.

Our Click & Collect Service is FREE. You will receive an updated email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait to receive our email confirming that your order is ready. Collection is only available during store opening hours.
